FasciaRise™ Morning Ritual

Rehydrate your fascia. Move like you used to.

Your fascia is the connective tissue between your skin and your muscles. With age it dries out, stiffens and squeezes the muscles and nerves it wraps. FasciaRise is a warming cream made to rehydrate it, in one slow minute a day.

Why the drawer is full

Most rubs are built to feel cold. That's why they wear off.

If you have a drawer full of creams that didn't do much, you're in good company. We read hundreds of public reviews of the rubs, gels and capsules people reach for first, and the same three stories kept coming back.

The cold that fades

Twenty minutes of cold, then nothing

Icy rubs are made to be smoothed on and left alone. The cold is the whole idea, and they aren't made for a slow minute of massage.

The burn

A burn you have to wash off

Some creams use capsaicin or very high menthol, so the burn is the point. FasciaRise has neither: no camphor, no capsaicin.

The capsule

A pill for a layer under your skin

Capsules for fascia have to get through your stomach and your liver before anything reaches a layer that sits right under your fingertips, and they usually ask you to wait months to find out whether they work.

Your hands were always half of it

Massage is one of the oldest answers to a stiff morning, and Johns Hopkins Medicine lists it, along with heat and movement, among the ways to look after fascia.

So we built FasciaRise around your hands. Your palms and the slow pressure do the work; the cream makes the minute possible: it melts as your hands warm it, lets them glide slowly without dragging, adds a light cool and then a mild warm feel, and comes with a map of exactly where to press.

The layer under the stiffness

Just under your skin, there's a layer that's meant to glide.

Fascia is the thin sheet of connective tissue that wraps every muscle you have. Ultrasound studies have measured it at about 1.7 to 1.9 millimeters thick, and it lies close enough to the surface for your hands to work on.

Where it livesFirst the skin, then the fascia, then the muscle.
Two fingertips pressing two blocks: a clear, soft one that gives way, and a dry cracked one that doesn't
What the fluid doesWhen the fluid is slick, the layers slide over each other. When it thickens, they stick.

Between those layers sits a slippery fluid your body makes, rich in hyaluronic acid, which lets them slide when you move. When you sit still, sleep or get cold, researchers propose that the fluid thickens and the layers stop sliding freely, and that's the stiffness you notice in the first ten minutes of the day. It's a hypothesis rather than a diagnosis, but it explains why you loosen up once you've moved and warmed up.

How FasciaRise works

Warmth, hydration and sixty seconds of your hands.

FasciaRise is built to do three things, in the order your hands need them.

First

It warms without burning

A light cool you feel within seconds, from menthyl lactate, a gentle cousin of menthol. Then a mild warm feel from ginger and vanillyl butyl ether, so your hands can press in and glide slowly. There's no camphor and no capsaicin in it.

Second

It hydrates the skin over the spot

Hyaluronic acid in two molecular weights, magnesium chloride, MSM and arnica, in a rich cream that melts between your palms and absorbs in about a minute.

Third

It gives your hands a reason to go slow

The 60-second ritual tells your hands what to do on the spot The Fascia Map points you to. Slow pressure is the part that matters, and the cream is what makes sixty seconds of it comfortable.

The 60-second ritual

Four steps, sixty seconds, before your feet touch the floor.

Half of it is in the jar and the other half is your hands. The card is in the box, and The Fascia Map tells you where to start.

1

Warm

Rub a thumb-sized amount between your palms for five seconds, until it softens and spreads easily.

2

Sink

Press the heel of your hand into the stiff spot and hold it there. Don't rub yet: wait the thirty seconds it takes for the warmth to arrive.

3

Glide

Move slowly, about an inch at a time, in the direction the stiffness runs. If it hurts, you're pressing too hard.

4

Breathe

Breathe out slowly on each pass. After four passes you're done, and your feet haven't touched the floor yet.

Warm, never a burn

You feel it in thirty seconds. If it ever burns, it's on us.

Some rubs in the drugstore go up to 16% menthol, and some add capsaicin, so you get twenty minutes of cold or a burn you have to wash off. FasciaRise has no camphor and no capsaicin: a light cool from menthyl lactate, then a mild warm feel from ginger and vanillyl butyl ether, gentle enough for a slow minute.

It's a rich cream that melts between your palms and absorbs in about a minute, so it doesn't leave a film on your sheets or your shirt.

The No-Burn Promise: if your skin disagrees, wash it off and email us within 7 days of the reaction. You'll get a full refund, and you don't have to finish the jar.

Where it lives

Made for the first ten minutes of your day.

Most stiffness lives in those ten minutes: the hand on the nightstand, the legs over the side of the bed, the slow count before you stand. That's why FasciaRise belongs on the nightstand, next to the alarm, and not in the bathroom cabinet.

Sixty seconds on the spot that's stiffest, before your feet touch the floor, and then the coffee.

★★★★★ At my age, occasional aches and stiffness are nothing new. I started using FasciaRise on my knees and legs, especially after spending time in the garden. It feels lovely on my skin and has become part of my daily routine.

Where it hurts is rarely where it's stuck.

The fascia is one continuous sheet, so the spot that feels tight is often the end of a line that starts somewhere else. The e-guide shows you where to start for seven zones, and here are four of them.

Common questions

Before you decide.

Does it burn?

It's designed not to. The cool comes from menthyl lactate, a gentle cousin of menthol, and the warm feel from ginger and a low dose of vanillyl butyl ether. There's no camphor and no capsaicin. If a cream has set you on fire before, this is the opposite design. And if it ever burns or irritates, the No-Burn Promise means you wash it off, email us within 7 days and get a full refund without finishing the jar.

Is it a medicine?

No. FasciaRise is a cosmetic massage cream for stiff, tight muscles and the layer that wraps them. It works through the skin, with your hands: it rehydrates and warms, and the sixty-second ritual does the rest, every morning.

I've tried every cream in the drugstore. Why would this be different?

Because most of those creams are built around one thing, the cold, and the cold wears off. FasciaRise is built around the layer and your hands: a warmth you can work with, a cream that stays comfortable for sixty slow seconds, and a map that tells you where to press. If it doesn't make your mornings easier, the guarantee covers you.

Isn't this just another magnesium cream?

No. Magnesium is in it because people like how it feels after a long day, but we don't build any promise on it. What makes FasciaRise different is the warmth you can feel without a burn, the hyaluronic acid and arnica that go on with it, and the sixty-second ritual for your hands.

How long until I notice something?

You'll feel the warmth within a minute, and the ritual usually becomes a habit within the first week. Whether your mornings are easier is something you'll know by the end of the first jar, and if they aren't, the guarantee covers you. By month 3, 95% of the people in our test said they achieved the result they wanted.

Does it smell? Is it greasy?

It smells lightly of rosemary and lavender, and the scent fades in about five minutes. It absorbs in about a minute and doesn't leave a film, so you can put it on before you get dressed.

Is the jar easy to open with stiff hands?

The lid is wide and ribbed, so you can grip it with your whole palm instead of pinching it.

My hands are stiff. Can I still do the ritual?

Yes. The No-Grip Guide, free with two or three jars, shows six ways to press without squeezing: the heel of your hand, your forearm, a tennis ball against the wall and a rolling pin. The pressure comes from leaning, not from your fingers.

Can I reach my own back?

Yes, with a little help from a wall. Spread the cream where you can reach, let it absorb for a minute, then lean against a tennis ball on the wall and let the ball do the pressing. The No-Grip Guide shows you how, step by step.

How long does a jar last?

A jar holds 100 g, which is about sixty thumb-sized applications. Two spots a day is a month, so three jars are the full 90-day ritual.

What are the free gifts?

Three e-guides, sent by email with your order confirmation. Every order gets The Fascia Map, which shows where to press for seven stiff spots. Two jars add The No-Grip Guide, the ritual for stiff hands and the spots you can't reach. Three jars add The 90 Mornings Plan, twelve weeks one spot at a time with a tracker, and a $10 code for your next order. US shipping is free on every order.

Is it a subscription?

No. It's a one-time purchase, with no automatic refills and nothing to cancel.

Can I use it if I'm on medication or pregnant?

It's a topical cosmetic, but if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you've reacted to warming or cooling creams before, ask your doctor first. It's for external use only: avoid your eyes and broken skin, and don't use it with a heating pad.

Where is it made and shipped from?

It's made in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility in the United States, and every batch is third-party tested by an independent lab. It ships from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, within 1 business day, and arrives in 3-7 business days with Standard shipping or 2-4 business days with Express. US shipping is free on every order.

What if it isn't for me?

Email us within 90 days of delivery and we refund your whole order, every jar, opened or not. Keep the jars.
